We are looking for a hands on production manager to work with a precision engineering company that is down to earth and easy going. This role is perfect for someone who likes to be hands on, has a CNC milling background, and wants to work in a welcoming environment where you can be proud of your work.
What will you be doing?
* You will be responsible for the day to day running on the shop floor.
* Assisting with programming CNC Millers
* Creating 2D & 3D models with CAD/CAM software
* Working with production to ensure quality standards.
What will make you stand out from the crowd?
* You need to be able to programme CNC milling machines
* For controls Ideally Fanuc
* For CAD/CAM software ideally Powermill
* Previous experience in a leadership role
Just as important as your experience, you need a good attitude. If you have the right attitude and a solid base for experience, the company will develop your skills and train you.
