SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Branch Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a busy and growing automotive parts distribution branch. This is a hands on leadership role combining stock control, sales growth, customer service, and operational supervision.
If you have experience within lorry/HGV parts, automotive parts, or a similar technical trade environment, and enjoy balancing commercial performance with operational excellence this could be the role for you.
The Role:
As Branch Supervisor, you will take ownership of:
Stock & Inventory Control
* Managing imprest and owned stock to high accuracy standards
* Maintaining stock levels, rotation and housekeeping
* Ensuring strong compliance with company processes and procedures
Sales & Business Development
* Driving new business opportunities and securing new accounts
* Growing and managing existing customer relationships
* Working to agreed sales targets and KPIs
* Promoting products and services within the truck, trailer or related sectors
