Join a high‑growth London startup as the first dedicated marketing hire, taking full ownership of our brand presence. You will orchestrate our content engine, manage our industry‑leading podcast for accountants, and drive distribution across social channels. This is a high‑agency role working directly with founders to disrupt the £5B commercial insurance market.

What You Will Do

* Orchestrate the marketing strategy by identifying when to execute tasks in‑house versus managing specialized freelancers for design, copywriting, or video production.
* Analyze content performance data to iterate on hooks, titles, and distribution tactics, ensuring a consistent daily presence across YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
