Due to sheer growth, they are now seeking a fire alarm contract manager to add to the team. Salary package: £45,000 - £60,000 Car Allowance - £475 Per Month Hybrid Working Area of cover: London Carrying out the following: Managing multiple fire alarm and life safety projects across the business, with values ranging from £20k to £7M, ensuring delivery in line with contractual requirements, programme, and budget. Overseeing the full project lifecycle, from pre-contract award through to final account and handover, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams. Contributing to the design development and planning stages, working collaboratively with designers, engineers, and compliance teams to ensure systems meet relevant British Standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
