Job Description
We’re actively recruiting for a well-rounded and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's growing team. Ideally, you'll be CIPD Level 5 qualified and bring hands-on experience from working within an SME environment. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days in the office each week, with occasional travel across the UK as needed.
Responsibilities (not extensive)
1. Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
2. Acting as the point of contact for line managers & employees
3. Supporting administration of the HR function
4. Supporting monitoring of the shared HR inbox
5. Supporting business change programme consultations where required, owning the processes from beginning to end e.g. TUPE, redundancy, restructure
6. Advising on and owning employee relations cases of all levels of complexity such as conduct, capability, absence management, grievances
7. Training managers on HR processes and holding webinars where required
8. Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
9. Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
10. Advising managers on retention strategies
11. Supporting the HR Coordinator in ensuring all employee lifecycle activities are managed efficiently and in accordance with company process (...
