Your new role as a Recruitment Consultant:
Client Growth: Foster lasting relationships, building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
Candidate Engagement: Find and engage the best talent, attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies. Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.

Your new office
The office is situated centrally (just behind the Cardiff Central train station) in a modern building, three minutes’ walk to the city centre.
Our Cardiff office is home to eight different teams specialising in finance, technology, marketing, human resources, procurement, education, construction and property and business support recruitment for customers across South and West Wales.
The high performing team consists of 20+ consultants who are all committed to providing first-class recruitment services, working hard and doing the right thing. They work closely with local communities. In recent months, they have worked on employability projects with local charities and universities, donated supplies to Cardiff foodbanks and raised money for Welsh homeless charities.
