Teaching Assistant – Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent
Zest Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of Secondary schools in the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent area.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Support pupils with additional needs where required
* Work collaboratively with school staff to support student progress
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
* A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and reliability, Monday to Friday
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
