Community Services Business and Operations Assistant
You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
1. Support the BOPM & ACP roles to ensure a professional and efficient service is delivered across community services, ensuring internal and external communication processes are effective.
2. Complete delegated work such as organising meetings and preparing reports, with agreement.
3. Support and coordinate the Community Services BOPM & ACP workflow.
4. Be responsible for efficient and effective digital office management processes, ensuring patient and personal data quality assurance systems are in place and managing staffing rotas.
5. Act as the contact person and represent the Community BOPM & ACP, proactively managing incoming communications, distributing tasks as required, and sharing internal news updates.
6. Work with the BOPM & ACP to produce accurate and timely reports, statistical analyses, forms, information for clinical audit, and governance, as required.
