Location and hours

South Coast – hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required. 37.5 hours per week, some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.


Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with our Kier Natural Resources management team, providing an innovative and customer-focused HR service. You will play a key role in driving our people plan to support business strategy, while embedding our wider people initiatives across the organisation. This position offers the chance to make a real impact, working collaboratively with passionate colleagues who value your expertise and insights.


Responsibilities

* Partner with operational leaders to deliver the people plan and embed our people strategy.
* Manage people matters related to contract mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
* Coordinate employee relations activities and provide expert guidance on employment legislation.
* Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and identify solutions to complex people challenges.
* Champion equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the business.


Qualifications

* Degree qualified (or qualified by experience) with business partnering experience in medium to large organisations.
* Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of employment legislation.
* Commercially aware with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach.
* Diligent desire to drive positive change and support people development.
