This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, support pupils with varying abilities, and explore a career in teaching, tutoring, or education.
* Supporting Maths teachers in delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Providing targeted intervention and 1:1 support for students who need a confidence boost in numeracy
* Assisting with exam preparation, homework clubs, and in-class activities
* Helping to track pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
* Building positive relationships with students and encouraging a growth mindset
* A recent Maths or related STEM graduate (2:2 or above)
* Passionate about education and helping students overcome barriers to learning
* Confident communicator with strong numeracy skills
* Patient, enthusiastic, and eager to gain school-based experience
* Previous experience working with young people (in schools, tutoring, mentoring or volunteering) is desirable but not essential
