£12.67-£14.79 p/h plus benefits

Hours: Part time, 30 hours per week
Location: Newbury Superstore

Role overview: We’re seeking an inspiring superstore supervisor for our homeware department. You’ll act as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, supporting the management team to maximize sales and fundraising. Your store will be a community hub where people learn about our work and see our impact.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee the commercial operations of the homeware department, including display, merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store standards.
* Work with the management team to meet targets for donated stock, cash, gift aid, sales, and stock processing.
* Lead by example, providing excellent customer and supporter service.
* Support the organization and delivery of fundraising events.
* Deputize for management, supervising staff and volunteers, assisting with training, and handling keyholder duties.
* Perform manual handling and physical activities as part of daily duties.
