The post holder will be expected to:
* Design, develop and deliver innovative education programmes including written course materials and guides to meet the needs of services provided by the Trust. These will be based on identified service needs and up-to-date evidence bases
* Develop and regularly review programmes and pathways for learning based on law, national policy and guidance, and the Trust's Training Plan(s)
* Seek ways of improving performance by reflecting on teaching design and delivery and obtaining and analysing feedback
* Ensure effective use of educational resources to ensure training compliance targets are met
* Promote social inclusion and reduce inequalities in health opportunities through training and education of the Trust's workforce
* L3 Award Education & Training Course (or equivalent), Practice Assessor module, Practice Educator, Practice Assessor or Practice Supervisor experience may be considered if willing to achieve further qualification to teach at an accredited standard.
