Private Client Senior Associate/Partner

You'll join a supportive and well-established team, including an Associate Lawyer, two Legal Assistants, and a Consultant. As a senior figure, you'll lead, mentor, and deliver expert advice across a broad range of private client services.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing and supporting the Maidenhead team, driving performance and development
* Supervising workflow and mentoring junior staff
* Advising on wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and tax/succession planning for HNW individuals
* Leading business development and expanding the team's presence across Maidenhead and Windsor

We're Looking For
* A qualified solicitor with 8PQE+ in private client law
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Proven ability to manage complex client matters with care and precision
* A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for business development
* STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable
