Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a confident and self-motivated individual to work at our Solihull premises on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure effectively while providing high levels of customer service. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries related to our products or recent orders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Handling general enquiries via email and phone
2. Resolving queries related to existing orders
3. Chasing dispatch where necessary
4. Being the first point of contact for telephone customers
5. Understanding and adhering to timescales and cut-off times for order processing
