### Why This Role?
As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing EMEA-wide strategies that enhance the client lifecycle programme. With your expertise, you will ensure the successful rollout and adoption of KYC improvements across front office and operations, acting as a change agent delivering tangible business outcomes.
### Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the change management approach for the assigned programme.
Engagement & Communication: Develop and manage change management plans, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
Training & Coaching: Identify training needs, deliver impactful training sessions, and coach stakeholders on change leadership.
Impact Assessment: Conduct change impact assessments and risk mitigation plans to navigate potential blockers.
Community Building: Establish and lead a change community of key stakeholders, change champions, and super users to drive awareness and adoption.
### What We're Looking For:
Proven Experience: 5+ years in business change management, preferably within the financial sector, with a track record of managing large-scale projects.
Change Management Qualification: An industry-recognized qualification in change management is essential.
Skills: Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and critical thinking.
Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Leadership Qualities: Ability to coach and influence others to embrace change while managing diverse teams across EMEA.
