What you'll be doing:
Leading business development efforts - identifying leads, leveraging your network, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships
Building relationships with global pharma and healthcare clients across therapy areas including respiratory, women's health, dermatology, vaccines and oncology
Shaping and overseeing multi-market communications strategies across corporate, patient advocacy, internal and brand comms
Collaborating with senior leaders on agency growth plans, positioning and capability development
Getting hands-on; contributing to strategy, content and delivery alongside the team
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Director in a healthcare PR agency
Strong experience in seeking and winning new business - you love the excitement and chase of this!
Expertise in branded comms, corporate reputation and patient advocacy
