Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager / Territory Manager to join our Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages Sales Team. S. Pellegrino, Acqua Panna and Maison Perrier are iconic international leading brands synonymous with quality, style and Italian & French flair around the globe. You will be responsible for representing these premium brands in London across top venues and directly engage with top stakeholders of the industry – Michelin Star Chefs, the world’s best mixologists and top hotel venues.
Your impact
It’s an exciting time to join the team as a HoReCa Prestige Accounts Manager. You will be responsible for developing Nestlé Waters’ international brand portfolio, supporting partner distributor sales teams, and unlocking new opportunities with prospective customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Drive new business in the premium restaurant, bar & hotel sector in London, and nurture existing key accounts and relationships.
* Act as a brand ambassador of our premium brands to build value and image, developing new business through existing S. Pellegrino brand sponsorships (e.g., Michelin, Fine Dining Lovers & S. Pellegrino Young Chef Academy).
* Network with influential stakeholders in London (mixologists) to unlock new opportunities.
* Target iconic cocktail bars (and mixologists) and restaurants full of social experiencers, to increase touchpoints and make brand/range relevant premium placements.
* Target groups such as hotel chains and premium independent restaurants, in order to secure distribution of the core portfolio.
* Support our partner distributor sales teams to unlock new opportunities for our international brands.
* Plan and action to deliver full implementation of key events within the defined call file and end users within the geographical area.
* Support customer business managers to deliver accurate commercial and volume forecasting, and evaluate sales‑out data for Nestlé Waters and customers.
* Manage head office meetings and presentations to partner distributor sales teams.
Your ingredients for success
To be successful you already have some fantastic sales experience ideally within the on‑trade market and bar & restaurant premium industry. You will be passionate, tenacious, results‑focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment.
* Previous territory / regional sales management experience.
* Good understanding of the London on‑trade scene and strong connections.
* Strong understanding of financial management and KPI targets.
* Experience in both reactive and proactive sales.
* A self‑starter driven to succeed.
* Enthusiastic, charismatic and outgoing nature.
