We're now seeking a driven and experienced General Sales Manager to lead one of our Franchise dealership in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership and drive of a high-performing team, driving results, and shaping the future of one of our key garages.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, motivating, and developing the Sales Executive teams to achieve sales and customer service targets
* Driving new and used car sales performance, including F&I penetration, accessory sales, and retention KPIs
* Managing stock, forecasts, and departmental budgets effectively
* Delivering an exceptional customer journey that reflects both our brands and Sandicliffe standards
* Ensuring compliance with FCA and company policies across all sales activity
* Coaching and mentoring team members to support career development and succession planning
* Working closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a General Sales Manager role within the motor trade
* Proven multi-brand management experience
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence a team
* Excellent commercial awareness and the drive to exceed targets
* A customer-focused approach with a track record of delivering first-class service
* FCA accreditation and a solid understanding of compliance
* Organised, resilient, and able to perform in a fast-paced dealership environment
* Full UK driving licence
