Description
As a Property Manager, you will be part of our Asset Management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of a diverse portfolio of properties. You will oversee day-to-day property management activities, maintain tenant relationships, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, maximize asset value, and reduce landlord void costs.
This dynamic role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of property management principles, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in property operations and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow procedures in the Company’s Finance & Property Process Document, including maintaining the property database, issuing invoices, managing service charges, working with contractors, maintaining insurance records, conducting property inspections, managing site staff, ensuring health and safety standards, attending management meetings, and handling business rates and other duties.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
* Attention to detail in verbal and written communication.
* Proven experience in property management and knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
* Property Degree/MRICS desirable but not essential.
