We're now looking for a Carers (Nights) to join our outstanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or grow your career in health and social care, working alongside a supportive, inclusive team where your development really matters.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
* Supporting residents with daily living, helping with personal care, meals, and activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
* Providing companionship- listening, chatting and making every interaction warm and meaningful.
* Creating a safe and nurturing environment- supporting residents' physical, emotional and social needs with patience and dignity.
* Working as part of a a great team- communicating with colleagues and following care plans to ensure the highest standard of care
What We're Looking For
We're seeking caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference. Experience isn't always necessary, what matters most is your can do attaitude and your values. You'll bring:
* A kind and supportive nature, with a genuine interest in people.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* A willingness to learn and develop, with full training provided.
