This lovely family based in Hornsey, London, is looking for an After‑school Nanny to take care of their school‑aged child. All general Nanny duties are required in this role. The family is looking for a reliable and caring after‑school nanny. A driver is required (Automatic & Manual). The family also has a dog and a cat, and occasional dog walking will be required. A valid first‑aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: 2 to 4 days a week from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (tbc on Monday). Total hours per week: 16.
Duties include:
* Collecting the child from school
* Helping with homework
* Preparing meals and snacks
* Arranging playdates
* Playing age‑appropriate games together
* Reading stories to the child
* Tidying away toys after use – child to help
* Helping with the evening routine (e.g., helping child organise bags for the next day)
* Light laundry of child’s clothes
* Occasional grocery shopping
Job Type: Part Time, Permanent
Salary: £17 to £20 gross per hour
