Pay & Hours:
Hourly rate of £12.71 for 20 hours per week, working 3-5 days, Monday to Sunday. Flexible hours can be discussed.
Job Role
As a Supervisor, you will work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients, producing food, providing excellent customer service, and selling high-quality products. You will be trained to company standards and have opportunities for progression.
You will assist the Shop Manager with daily operations, supervise staff, increase sales, control costs, and develop the team to foster customer loyalty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greet customers and create an inviting atmosphere.
* Check and receive deliveries.
* Manage stock and produce.
* Maintain product knowledge and quality standards.
* Ensure hygiene and food safety standards.
* Work efficiently with the team.
* Handle cash and operate tills.
* Open or close the shop as needed.
* Manage shifts at various times.
* Drive sales and minimize wastage.
* Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service required.
* Experience in food production is advantageous but not essential; training provided.
