Cranswick Gourmet Sausage Co. (Lazenby's) is our fast-paced sausage facility located in Hull. Using only the best cuts of British pork, fresh herbs and spices, Cranswick are the UK's leading producer of gourmet sausages and burgers, supplying major retailers and foodservice outlets alike.
To ensure the smooth running and transfer of packaging from the stores lift to production lines. Working closely with production to request urgent stock required. Work closely with stores teams, help FLT drivers moving and tipping of trailers. Use of hand pallet trucks to move dolavs and stock. Helping outside in the recycle plant recycling cardboard, plastics and general rubbish.
Shift : 4 on 4 off night shift 18:00 to 06:00
Pay rate: £13.85 per hour
The main duties of the role include:
* Loading and unloading production lifts
* Picking packaging and reading production orders.
* Use of scanners and basic systems
* Recycling of bins
Candidate requirements:
* Good level of written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail
* Be organised and efficient
* Experience in a similar environment
