About the Company
A super successful food services company with a track record of growth. They operate across the UK and are known for their quirky, modern take on snacks and their standards of service. Their mission is simple: keep people happy, hydrated, and fuelled throughout their day! Due to growth, they are on the lookout for a Customer Service representative to join their team.
What You Will Be Doing
* Working 5am – 2pm, Monday to Friday, starting and ending at your home (no need to head to the office first!)
* Visiting customer sites to clean, refill, and maintain coffee and vending machines
* Making sure everything looks great, works perfectly, and is stocked with fresh products
* Handling minor repairs and reporting any bigger issues
* Using an easy system to log your tasks and keep things running smoothly
* Collecting and recording cash from machines accurately
* Delivering friendly, professional service with a smile
What You Will Need to Succeed
* A full, clean UK manual driving licence (you’ll be driving a company van)
* Being comfortable working 5am – 2pm, Monday to Friday
* Ability to pass a DBS check (we’ll help with this)
* A positive attitude and great customer service skills
* Attention to detail and reliability
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
