What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging, inspiring lessons that spark curiosity and confidence.
* Creating a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Supporting pupils' progress with clear, thoughtful assessment.
* Working collaboratively with staff and contributing to each school's vibrant learning environment.
* Managing the classroom with confidence, warmth, and professional consistency.
What I'm Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* A nurturing, adaptable teaching style with a genuine passion for primary education.
* Confidence to work across a range of schools, year groups, and settings.
* A proactive, positive approach and a commitment to delivering great teaching.
