Responsibilities
* Assemble, fit, and test products to agreed engineering standards and processes
* Carry out surveys, inspections, and repairs in line with approved practices
* Ensure strict compliance with quality procedures, defined processes, and documentation requirements
* Work independently to complete fitting tasks without supervision
* Identify and support productivity and performance improvements to reduce costs and drive efficiency
* Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
* Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all health, safety, and environmental requirements
What We're Looking For
* Completed a recognised apprenticeship or gained equivalent hands-on fitting experience
* Strong background in mechanical fitting, assembly, or repair within a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Good understanding of quality systems, measurement tools, and manufacturing processes
* Familiarity with lean methodology and continuous improvement practices
* Ability to manage workload effectively, solve problems, and work well in a team environment
* Commitment to safety, compliance, and high standards of workmanship
