We are currently looking for a
Communications Coordinator
to join the
Communications team
at Rosewood London. Our
Communications Coordinator
is appointed to provide full administrative assistance to Communications team whilst participating in activities relating to Public Relations and Marketing. This role requires working onsite 5 days a week.
Key expectations of this role are
* Assisting with incoming enquiries and being the first point of contact for all internal and external queries.
* Producing and driving digital content across a variety of platforms.
* Creating creative stories and packages to generate media interest, followers, and ultimately revenue.
* Maintaining the hotel's website, including the media pages and to push current seasonal/special offers.
* Supporting in the planning and execution of media events and the coordination of media bookings at the hotel and in the F&B outlets.
* Working closely and in partnership with other departments, as well as the Director of Communications and Communications Team.
* Assisting in creating promotional materials, including brochures, marketing copy, etc.
* Co-ordinate invite lists and RSVPs for special events.
* Assisting with photo shoots and filming for marketing and PR purposes.
* Having the overall responsibility for the generic PR email inbox, including responding to enquiries received and subsequent follow-ups if required.
* Supporting the Communications department, where necessary, to provide site inspections.
* Administrative support to the communications team, including the preparation, administration, and distribution of media mailings and updates as and when required of the media database, images database, PR calendar, and keeps everyone in the department advised of meetings and activities.
Profile
* Educational background or relevant experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
* A genuine passion for luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and emerging industry trends
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and tone
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
