We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Tewkesbury, who are seeking a talented Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
As Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of client projects, managing key accounts and actively developing new business opportunities. You’ll be the vital link between the sales and operations teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and maintaining profitable relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of existing clients, nurturing long-term partnerships

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities

Lead client communications both on-site and off-site, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded
*
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality exhibition and event solutions
*
Monitor project profitability and drive operational efficiency
*
Support the Manager to meet revenue targets and align with business goals
*
Accurately maintain sales records and utilise internal quoting systems

Proven background in sales, account management, or business development

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commercially minded with a focus on profitability and efficiency

Experience within exhibitions, events, or a related industry is advantageous
