We have an exciting opportunity for a dual-site Practice Manager to join our fantastic Stone Cross and Bexhill Dental Clinics!
The practices offer general dentistry and hygiene as well as implants and you will be managing a team of 22, across the two, 3 surgery practices.
If you have experience successfully leading, mentoring and developing teams to meet and exceed targets and you are seeking a new challenge then we want to hear from you!
Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:30

About You
You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.
The main duties will include:
18. Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
19. An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
20. Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
21. You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice
