Responsibilities
* Support and manage a portfolio of agented and direct lending deals, acting as a key point of contact for allocated clients
* Share knowledge and experience within your area, offering guidance and support to team members
* Process loan lifecycle events including drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, assignments, revaluations, fee calculations, and reconciliations
* Maintain and service the loan portfolio in LoanIQ
* Partner closely with Front Office business partners including Agency Management, Fulfilment, Leveraged Finance, Portfolio Managers, Asset‑Based Lending, and SAG
What we are looking for
* Experience in a similar role with deep understanding of maintaining a loan portfolio
* Experience with LoanIQ (desirable)
* Previous team leadership experience desirable but not essential
* Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, changing environment with focus on operational excellence, accuracy, and quality
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, across a range of stakeholders
* Organisational and prioritisation skills
* In‑depth knowledge of lending products, loan servicing, and credit operations
