The Role
As Global Aftersales Manager, youll oversee the delivery of technical support and service works for clients across the UK and worldwide. Youll act as the key interface between the business and its international customer base, ensuring fast, consistent, and commercially sound support and high standards of communication are maintained.
As Global Aftersales Manager, our role will span:
1. Managing a UK-based service team alongside coordination of global aftersales activity
