Insurance Model Researcher

Up to £75,000 + Bonus
Our client, one of the world's largest global insurance groups offering both specialist insurance and reinsurance, is seeking an exceptional Insurance Model Researcher to join their team.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of their cyber underwriting strategy, risk appetite, cyber innovation and cyber accumulation controls for both affirmative and non-affirmative coverages.
As an Insurance Model Researcher, you will:
* Develop and test cyber risk scenarios and models to assess their impact.
* Analyse portfolio data for trends and support scenario development and stress testing.
* Collaborate with internal teams to advance cyber modelling tools and processes.
* Communicate risk insights to key stakeholders and enhance understanding of cyber exposure.
* Stay at the forefront of cyber security trends and integrate findings into actionable strategies.
Our client is looking for someone who brings:
* The ability to help develop the group’s Cyber accumulation control.
* Building models for affirmative and non-affirmative coverages.
* Advanced skills in Excel, and proficiency in Python and R.
* Proven experience in insurance related research, working with Actuaries.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
