The Teaching Assistant – West Drayton role involves supporting pupils with learning, communication, and emotional needs within a structured classroom environment. You will gain first-hand experience within Education and Training, supporting pupils with complex needs.
As a Teaching Assistant – West Drayton, you will contribute to pupils’ academic progress and emotional wellbeing while working closely with SEN teachers and therapists. The school provides consistent Education and Training to ensure staff feel confident and supported.
This Teaching Assistant – West Drayton role is ideal for aspiring psychologists or aspiring speech and language therapists seeking long-term experience within Education and Training and specialist SEN settings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Supporting pupils with Autism in the classroom
2. Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
3. Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
4. Working collaboratively with SEN staff
Essential Skills / Experience:
