Job Description
Carry out various tasks to a high standard as instructed, including but not limited to:
1. Handling incoming calls from customers reporting repairs
2. Monitoring the live board to ensure the operative / engineer is fully utilized throughout the day
3. Arranging follow-on appointments for any jobs not completed on the first visit
4. Allocating emergencies throughout the day
5. Closing jobs in the system as complete or cancelled as the day unfolds
6. Working from the CSC as and when required (Back End Planner)
7. Clearing any jobs flagged as no access (within 48 hours)
8. Appointing any jobs that are unappointed in the system
9. Planning appointments for any Legal Disrepair Jobs
10. Dealing with any Out of Hours jobs, including payments
11. Raising purchase orders as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
1. Experience within customer service or a helpdesk role
2. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
3. Ability to plan and organise
4. Attention to detail and accuracy
5. Good computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP is beneficial.
6. Ability to prioritise work
7. Ability to work as part of a team but also act independently as required
8. Availability to commit to a 5-month temporary role
