We are looking for graduate engineers with a 2:2 (or higher) in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Water Engineering by September 2026. No prior experience required.

* Undertake feasibility studies and develop detailed design for capital projects.
* Develop project management skills and manage internal and external stakeholders when leading projects.
* Collaborate with Capital Partners and wider supply chain to deliver projects.
* Opportunity to attain professional membership, e.g., Chartered Engineer.
* Engage with industry leaders at various events.
Development
* Attend sessions to develop high-impact habits such as communication, resilience, personal branding, time management.
* Work on variety of projects to develop interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Encouraged to join professional bodies and pursue optional project management qualifications.
Location & Travel
The graduate scheme is primarily based in South Wales. Candidates may be required to travel across Wales and its borders with notice.
