You'll manage a busy and fast‑moving diary, coordinate high‑level meetings, prepare agendas and papers, and ensure the Chief Executive and Executive Team are fully briefed and supported. The role involves close work with Trustees, supporting governance processes, coordinating projects and events, and maintaining efficient systems for information, policies and documentation. It's a varied, high‑trust position where your organisation, judgement and attention to detail will make a real difference every day. About You You'll bring strong administrative experience at senior level, with confidence managing complex schedules, preparing high‑quality documents and taking accurate minutes. You'll need to be proactive, calm under pressure and able to anticipate what's needed before being asked. Clear communication, discretion and relationship‑building come naturally to you, and you'll be comfortable working with people at all levels, including Trustees and external partners. You'll be highly organised, tech‑savvy, and committed to delivering work to a high standard.
