Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our dining services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, who is passionate about food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the food and beverage team, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
* Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimising waste to maximise profitability.
* Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
* Cashing up and key holding
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry,
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
* Previous experience as a barista or in similar roles is advantageous but not essential.
