to take ownership of their UK supply chain and operations. Amazon supply chain processes
– including vendor management, replenishment, FBA, inventory planning, and performance metrics. Leading demand planning and forecasting to maximise product availability. Partnering with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and distribution partners. Driving operational improvements and building scalable systems to support rapid growth. What we’re looking for: Proven supply chain and operations management experience with strong Amazon expertise (essential). Hands-on knowledge of Amazon processes (FBA, forecasting, replenishment, vendor management). Background in FMCG, wellness, health, or consumer goods. A proactive operator with both strategic and executional ability. Experience in scaling or high-growth environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Why join?
