Overview
In this role, you will play a key part in supervising the operational aspects of homecare services and for high-cost medication ensuring that processes are followed in line with trust, local and national guidance., 1 Additionally; within medicines optimisation, you will help ensure safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines across our hospital. Working closely with pharmacists, nursing staff, prescribers and wider clinical teams, you will support high-quality patient care by delivering accurate medicines reconciliation, improving medicines safety, and helping patients get the most from their medicines.
Responsibilities
