We deliver hundreds of workshops in Jersey's schools and community settings every year.

YouMatter is looking for an experienced administrator to support the smooth running of the charity. This is a vital role supporting finance, charity operations, communications, and day-to-day administration. The role is part-time, approximately 8–10 hours per week during term time, with reduced hours during school holidays. Flexible working is available.
Applicants should be organised, reliable, and able to work independently. Experience in administration is essential, and experience with bookkeeping or systems such as Xero would be an advantage.
Hourly rate: £16–£18 per hour, depending on experience.Core skills required
