To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Employee Relations Advisor to come and join our team at our head office in Ibstock, Leicestershire. Key Responsibilities Advise and coach managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, conduct, capability, and performance matters. Manage employee relations cases from initial consultation through to outcome and appeal stages. Support workplace investigations and the preparation of investigation reports. Manage employee complaints and conflict resolution. Support formal hearings and meetings. Advise on risk management and best HR practice. Interpret employment policies, assisting with policy development and reviews. Analyse ER trends and recommend improvements. Maintain accurate records and case documentation and log. Skills & Experience Previous experience in Employee Relations or HR Advisor role and case management. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies. Experience of handling ER cases independently. Effective communication and interpersonal/ conflict resolution skills. Problem solving and decision making. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage sensitive matters confidentially. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Think you can make a difference? WE ARE your future.
