Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality meals across all day parts
* Support preparation for night service
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards meet Eurest and legal requirements
* Work closely with the site kitchen team (13 Compass staff, 1 direct report)
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of presentation and consistency
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a high-volume or contract catering setting
* Chef qualifications (NVQ or similar)
* A keen eye for detail and presentation
* Able to thrive under pressure and deliver consistently high standards
