AM2PM RECRUITMENT GROUPare currently recruiting for an experienced Polisher to join the dynamic team ofour client based inRuncorn. Our client are a leading manufacturer who specialise in plastic injections mouldings which they supply for automotive sector.
Role Overview:
As a part of your role, you will be responsible for carrying out polish repairs, performing OEM inspections, and ensuring components meet the customers standards. Tasks include polishings, inspecting parts and maintaining quality compliance.
General Responsibilities & Duties
* Return non-conforming parts to customers while meeting required standards
* Maintain defect knowledge and perform inspections.
* Complete daily targets.
* Prioritize workload effectively.
* Support and contribute to improvement activities aligned with 5S standards.
* Comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Adhere to quality awareness and meet customer cosmetic standards.
* Assist in other areas of the business when required, handling similar or related tasks.
* Polishing experience
* Strong at identifying colour variations in the paint
* Possess excellent communication skills.
* Have exceptional attention to detail.
* Be committed to the role.
* Take initiative when needed.
* Be willing to adapt and remain flexible.
Shift pattern: rotating weekly 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm – 6am – you MUST be able to work all 3 shifts.
Pay: £13.43 per hour
