We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Greenwich to assist with the appointment of a Senior Viewings Officer, on a 4-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £17.80 - £22.70 per hour Responsibilities: Act as the main contact for the Repairs & Maintenance Viewings Process Conduct and record pre-vacation and lettings inspections Monitor and track repairs, alterations, and tenant responsibilities Supervise Lettings Technical Administrators and coordinate appointments Contribute to voids management strategies and income recovery through recharges Requirements: Experience in housing or property inspections within local authority or social housing Strong understanding of voids, lettings, and repair processes Confident using housing systems and databases (e.g., Northgate, DRS) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills Knowledge of safeguarding and commitment to customer service and equality principles Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
