We’re after someone organised, quick on their feet (and fingers!), and eager to make an impact. If you’ve got a knack for planning, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills, you’re already halfway there. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in audio or video production—though enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Desirable Skills (Don’t worry if you’re new to these—we’ll help you grow!)
* Familiarity with audio and video production processes and apps
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere or After Effects)
* Previously used a project management app or CRM system
What You’ll Do
* Master Voquent’s services and take charge of coordinating voice actors, studios, and translators (with full training provided!)
* Team up with our business crew to bring client project briefs to life
* Briefing and negotiating rates with suppliers around the world
* Tracking and maintaining project budgets
* Keeping the team updated in our project management app
* Regularly updating clients and guiding them with friendly, expert advice to shape smart project decisions
* Delivering top-quality results on tight deadlines—keeping everyone happy
* Tackling challenges head-on to meet client goals
* Spotting ways to make our processes even better!
