Role Overview: This role focuses on new business development for our B2B growth agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying potential clients who would benefit from our LinkedIn and email outreach services. They will use the same tools and methodologies we provide to clients, serving as proof of our service effectiveness while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients using LinkedIn and email platforms
* Conduct calls to prospects when required
* Research and identify businesses that match the ideal customer profile
* Initiate conversations with decision-makers about their B2B growth challenges
* Qualify prospects needs and interest levels
* Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and senior management
* Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
* Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints
* Collaborate on outreach messaging optimisation based on response data
Skills Development
Comprehensive training will be provided in B2B sales techniques, CRM systems (HubSpot), and outreach tools including Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The candidate will develop valuable competencies in consultative selling, business communication, needs analysis, and sales pipeline management. These skills are highly transferable and in strong demand across the B2B sector.

Support Provided

Success will be measured through activity metrics (outreach volume, response rates) and outcome metrics (qualified meetings booked, pipeline generated). Initial targets will be modest while learning, ramping up to full productivity by month three.
