Java Developer
Location: Birmingham (5 days a week or willingness to relocate)

What You'll Be Doing:
* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Java as the core language.
* Build and optimise backend services and integrations with SQL databases.
* Contribute to projects involving Python for scripting and automation tasks.
* Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical decisions.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple environments.
Tech Stack You'll Be Using:
* Languages: Java (primary), Python, SQL
* Frameworks & Tools: Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs
* Cloud: AWS
* Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
* 2 - 4 years of professional experience in Java development (core and enterprise-level).
* Strong understanding of SQL and relational database design.
* Exposure to Python for scripting or automation tasks.
* Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
* Ability to work onsite in Birmingham 5 days a week or relocate.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and ability to work in agile teams.
