**Area Sales Manager (Field Based) – Northwest – Clothing & Workwear Manufacturer**
We are currently recruiting for a market leading clothing and workwear manufacturer in an exciting role to help grow and develop the brand in the UK. The company have an excellent reputation in the industry and provide a huge amount to their sales teams on the road. They are looking for people with confidence in face-to-face sales, enjoy a fast-paced environment with plenty of autonomy and a drive to exceed expectations.
Role:
You will be responsible for -
* Maintain and build strong relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers.
* Present new products, highlight special offers, and propose replenishment orders.
* Monitor stock levels and manage returns and credit where needed.
* Liaise with your Business Development Manager (BDM) to plan schedules and pursue opportunities.
* Manage, install and maintain visual merchandising displays in-store.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -
* Proven field sales experience with a strong record of achieving targets.
* Strong knowledge or experience in retail, particularly clothing or footwear, is a ideal but not essential.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Comfortable using CRM and reporting tools.
Package:
* Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (potentially higher for the right experience)
