We're looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join OneMedical Group, producing accurate, timely monthly accounts and financial analysis to help shape strategic decisions across our multi-site healthcare organisation.
In this role, you'll:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
2. Reconcile accounts and ledgers with precision
3. Lead on cashflow forecasts and ad-hoc financial analysis
4. Support site managers with financial performance reviews
5. Contribute to strategic and leadership initiatives that improve services and ensure robust Board assurance
Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a talent for turning numbers into meaningful insights? Qualifications required: Qualified or part-qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
Essential skills include:
* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Location
This role requires working from our base office at Bank Top Support Centre, Black Hill Rd, Leeds LS21 1PY. Please note that there is no public transport to or near our head office, so own transport is required. Our offices are surrounded by fields and pathways and are just minutes from Golden Acre Park. If you're a dog lover, this is the perfect place for you! Our office is dog-friendly, with dogs often around to bring smiles and perhaps some treats.
