* Achieve key outcomes: 55% of young people into employment and 25% into further education or training.
* Champion and embody Inspire Suffolk's values in all aspects of your work.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and group support sessions focused on employability and progression.
* Manage a caseload of young people, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
* Maintain accurate records using our CRM system (VIEWS).
* Collaborate with local organisations, employers, and community contacts.
* Attend network meetings and support recruitment for Inspire programmes.
* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety are prioritised in all activities.
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with young people, ideally in an advisory or coaching capacity.
* Strong understanding of local labour markets and progression pathways.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently across a rural patch.
* Commitment to Inspire Suffolk's mission and values.
